We've identified the issue and released a fix, sync jobs should return to a normal cadence of closing.

Sync jobs are currently not being closed, though data is flowing into the graph normally. We're investigating the issue and in the meantime will be force closing jobs hourly.

Monitoring -
We've isolated the data processing backup to a very small # of customer accounts. The rest may see some integration scheduling delays, but sync jobs that are being scheduled should be processing and closing in a timely manner for those customers.

We've identified the source of the backup and have provisioned more capacity to deal with the elevated event load. We anticipate most customers should see their data catching up in the next few hours.
